1. Who these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of runtulalo.com and our text messaging program. The site is run by Runtulalo Growth Systems, which is operated by Runtulalo Holdings LLC (“Runtulalo,” “we,” “us”). Runtulalo Growth Systems is part of the Thomas & Runtulalo Co. family of companies. By using the site you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

2. Using this website

• Use the site lawfully, and give accurate information in forms and bookings.
• Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or our systems.
• The site is information about our services. It is not a contract or an offer until we both agree in writing.

3. Our services

Runtulalo builds websites and the systems behind them: lead capture, CRM, automation, follow-up and booking. The free Growth System Audit is a review and recommendation. Scope and fees for any work are set in a separate written agreement before the work starts. Nothing on this site is a quote.

4. Text messaging terms

1. Program and sender. Text messages are sent by Runtulalo Holdings LLC, operating the Runtulalo Growth Systems brand.
2. How you join. You join only by checking a text-message consent box on one of our forms. Giving us a phone number does not enroll you. Checking the box is optional, and you can use our forms without it.
3. Two types of message, chosen separately.
   • Marketing: special offers, discounts and service updates.
   • Non-marketing: your inquiry, requested services, appointments, reminders, and account or project updates.
   We send you only the type you agreed to.
4. Frequency. Message frequency may vary.
5. Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.
6. Stop. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. We will confirm by text, and we will not send you further messages from the program after that, unless you opt in again.
7. Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or email [email protected].
8. Delivery. Mobile carriers and messaging providers can affect delivery timing and availability, so delivery is not guaranteed.
9. Not a condition of purchase. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
10. Your information. How we handle your phone number and consent is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information, including SMS opt-in data and consent, will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Ownership

The site’s text, design and code belong to Runtulalo Holdings LLC or its licensors. Client names and work shown on the site belong to those clients. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available but do not promise it will be error-free or always online. To the extent the law allows, Runtulalo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
